Its main functions are prohibiting scaling of the hydrofining refine, hydrocracking material system. An the same time, it can remove the scale of the system. The product has no effect on hydrofining refine, hydrocracking catalysts and product distribution, product quality. But it can decrease the energy consumption of the devices, maintenance cost and extend the operation cycle.

II Acting mechanisms:
KX-ZG-01 hydrofining antiscale can become inert molecules with living radicals to prevent free radicals from polymerization. It can also prevent the organic macro-molecules in the materials, such as olefins, diolefins, colloid, from polycondensation. It has the function of detergency and dispersant to prevent the corrosion products, such as organic macro-molecules, small focal scale particles, inorganic salt, from gathering and precipitating.

IV Scope and usage
The product is mainly used for the scale removal and scale prevention of the hydrocracking, resid hydrotreating, hydrofining refine devices. A certain concentration of the solution with diesel is made in the inhibitor tank. The solution is poured before hydrogenation materials enter into the hydrogenation material oil heat exchanger. The dosage is based on the material performance, 80-150ppm generally. It is suggested that the dosage should double after the first three or four weeks of the work starting. The anti-scale agents can form a good protective layer on the device surface to reduce corrosion of metal surfaces and the scale promoting of the metal. It is better to use anti scale agents in pre-cleaning pipes.

200L plastic barrels are used for package. The net quantity of e ach barrel is 180kg. The products can be stored and transported based on general chemicals.
