I Background of the products
Diesel can both be the fuel in the engine and be the lubricants in the fuel pump. If the lubricant effect of diesel is not good enough, diesel will fail to lubricate the pump, which leads to reducing using life or leakage of oil pump seriously.
For low requirements of diesel refinement previously, there are more heterocyclic aromatic sulfides or nitride, PAHs sulfide or nitride in diesel. These materials are nature anti-wear components. So there are no problems of diesel lubrication. Recently, when environmental protection requires higher and higher diesel quality, the sulfur content of diesel is under serous controls. The problems of diesel lubrication are gradually exposed. Most of low sulfur diesel has poor lubrication. The diesel whose sulfur content is less than 500μg/g is going to wear the engine. However, Europe Ⅳ Standard stipulates that the sulfur content of diesel is not more than 50μg/g. Low sulfur diesel will be inevitable for the future automotive diesel fuel . Then the problems of low sulfur or ultra-low sulfur diesel lubrication will become more and more serious.
There are three ways to solve the problems of low sulfur diesel lubrication. First, the adjustments of diesel processing conditions, for example, decrease of hydrogenation process to retain a small amount of lubricating components, will work on the diesel with less than 500μg/g sulfur content. But it fails to work on ultra-low sulfur diesel. Second, diesel mixed program can be changed to add a few diesel components with good nature lubrication, like heavy fraction diesel in a small amount because much heavy fraction diesel is going to affect other performance indicators of diesel. Third, adding diesel anti-wear agents to the low sulfur diesel can improve diesel lubrication. This is a popular and effective way abroad.
For poor diesel refinement and high sulfur diesel in our country, the problems of diesel lubrication are not serious. There is no research or literature reports on diesel anti-wear agents, neither is application reports. For low sulfur diesel in foreign countries ( Europe, America mainly ), the problems of diesel lubrication are serious. It is popular to use diesel anti-wear agents abroad for a history of ten years more. There are three kinds of the diesel anti-wear agents: unsaturated fatty acid ester and its derivative anti-wear agents, fatty acid anti-wear agents, complex anti-wear agents.
In order to improve anti-wear agents effect for different diesel, we have developed fatty acid diesel anti-wear agents and fatty acid ester diesel anti-wear agents.

III Additive dosage and additive methods
1.Additive dosage
1 ) The real application additive dosage is suggested for 80-200μg/g.
2 ) The additive dosage is based on Petrochemical StandardsQ/SHCG57-2013.

2.Additive methods
If there is a good compatibility between the additive and the diesel, the following additive methods can be adopted:
1 ) Online adding(side line adding)
2 ) Direct adding into diesel tank is adopted, then recycle mixing or stirring mixing is adopted.
IV Package transport and storage
Anti-wear agents should be packed in 200L plastic barrels with 180kg net quantity. Or they are packed based on the requirements of the customers.
Anti-wear agents should be unloaded with care during the transport to avoid packing damage or overflow.
Anti-wear agents should keep away from water and moisture during the storage.
The product quality guarantee period is 12 months under the specified storage conditions.
