I Preface
For the upgrading of gasoline and diesel quality and increasing of national requirements of environment protection as well as rising sulfur content of crude oil processed in refinery, all companies continue to use hydrogenation and all kinds of environmental protection equipment.
After the long-time running of these kinds of equipment, there are many malodorants like hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans deposited in the equipment and pipelines. Accidents often happen for pollution maintenance site and surrounding environment in downtime( the purge downtime ).
To avoid the above problems and ensure the safety of staff and environment during the refinery maintenance. Our company has developed KX-D hydrogen sulfide deodorant to better settle the environment and safety problems caused by hydrogen sulfide etc during the refinery maintenance.

II Acting mechanisms
KX-D hydrogen sulfide deodorant is a complex cleaner, mainly including: deodorant, surfactant, diluent, additive. It can have natural reaction and addition reaction with acidic hydrogen sulfide, alkaline ammonia and mercaptans, organic amine to remove pollution and to protect environment and people.

III Product features
1. It has a quick reaction. No toxic gases produce during the reaction.
2. The products after the reaction are stable and can not decompose in room temperature.
3. It is high efficient and is not harmful to people and no corrosion to equipment.

V Usage and precautions
1. Usage scope: all equipment is possible to deposit hydrogen sulfide etc.
2. Usage methods: the product mixed with water by 1:10 is poured into system cycle, cycling or soaking for 10 ～ 12 hours.
3. Usage conditions: room temperature ～ 6 0℃ , atmospheric pressure, and air separation.
4. Package, storage and quality guarantee period: 25kg plastic tanks, dark shade storage, quality guarantee period of 1 year.
5. Precautions: avoid physical contact for certain stimulation. Immediately flush with water if it spills into people’s eyes.
