KX-JN-01 High-efficient Diesel Oil Pour Point Depressant
I. Overview :
KX-JN-01 high-efficient diesel oil pour point depressant is a new-type diesel oil pour point depressant jointly developed by research institute and our company, which has good effect of reducing condensation point and cold filter plugging point on 0 # -10 # -20 # diesel. It applies to atmospheric and vacuum distillation straight-run diesel oil, FCC diesel, hydrofining diesel oil, pyrolysis diesel and medium diesel oil composed in random proportion. The product is a new-type pour point depressant with specific chemical structure, with the characteristics of high adaptability and reducing freezing point and cold filter plugging point of diesel oil, superior to domestic pour point depressant. It can reduce about 30 ℃ of condensation point of diesel and about 5 ~ 10 ℃ of cold filter plugging point, improving diesel ,low-temperature fluidity of diesel oil, increasing the yield of diesel and improving economic efficiency of the refinery.

III. Usage
1. In addition to its own nature, the depressive effect is also closely related to composition of oil products and distillation range and blending method. Therefore, before using, test to determine addition amount and configuration program, and the user should try to keep the property of oil products stable.
2. Addition amount is generally 500ppm to 1500ppm.
3. First dilute for 10 times with diesel fuel of low condensation point, and then sufficiently mixed with diesel oil, mixing with a static mixer or pump circulation until blended well (generally, the mixing time of 4 hours).
IV. Package and Storage
1. Stored in 200L galvanized iron drum, each barrel with 180kg net weight.
2. This product is combustible and should be stored in a cool and well-ventilated place, to avoid direct sunlight, away from fire and heat source.
3. The product containing water will affect effects, so prohibit from water when stor ing and us ing the products.
