KX-GJ-02 Cetane Number Improver(EHN)

I. Brief Introduction
During application, the diesel with low Cetane Number will cause long ignition delay period, poor diesel engine working condition, increased emissions, difficult cold start and other problems. Adding Cetane Number Improver in diesel oil has been increasingly widely used at home and abroad.

II. Product Performance
The main ingredients of KX-GJ-02Cetane Number Improver are EHN, and the application shows that if add EHN improver into the diesel with low Cetane Number, the ignition delay period can be significantly improved during application, and the diesel engine’s working condition will be better, and it will reduce emissions and improve the cold boot speed, besides that it can also clean the diesel engine’s combustion chamber.

V. Notes:
1. Use effect test of the KX-GJ-02Cetane Number Improver shall be carried out according to different product, and determine the addition according to the requirements. Generally the addition of every 0.05-0.3%, the Cetane Number can be provided by 2-10 points.
2. Using temperature should be less than 85 ℃, when the heat temperature is up to 100 ℃, naturally accelerated exothermic reaction can be formed and cause increasing of the temperature and pressure, which may lead to rupture of the package barrel or tank and cause fire.
3. Non-toxic, direct contac t to skin can cause mild stimulation.

VI. Package and Storage
Pack with 200 l clean galvanized iron pot, and the net weight of every pot is 180 kg, violent collisions shall be avoided during transportation; put it in a cool and dry place and preserve it closed; the appropriate temperature is -15 ℃ to 35 ℃, insolation and flame contact shall be avoided.
S ervice life is eighteen months.
